What makes The WIND Method different?

The WIND Method provides you with step-by-step instructions on getting psychological insight, practising sports and meditation. It contains more than 800 minutes of theory and practice, which gives you a new perspective on live, as well as the tools ​necessary
to overcome the difficult problems that lead you to smoking.
