What makes The WIND Method different?
The WIND Method provides you with step-by-step instructions on getting psychological insight, practising sports and meditation. It contains more than 800 minutes of theory and practice, which gives you a new perspective on live, as well as the tools necessary
to overcome the difficult problems that lead you to smoking.
It is especially designed around the crude reality that people quit smoking, but most of them relapse (between 60% to 90%). You probably quit a few times as well, but returned to it.
The WIND Method will show you the necessary steps required to never relapse again!
Practice
Choose between four levels of energizing activities,
starting with really easy difficulty. As you know, as smokers we are not very
prone to physical activities.
Practice
We will go through three types of meditations (including mindfulness), all with
different benefits and different levels of difficulty.
